About
These co-ed 2 day sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays in June, with both morning or afternoon options available. Each session runs for 3 hours (6 in total). Perfect for working on your skills early in the season!

Skill Level
We will be offering sessions for Level 1/2, Level 2/3, and Level 3/4 riders. Not sure what level is best for you? Check out the Rider Level Guide for more information and to see where you fit in!

Equipment
Mandatory: mountain bike in good mechanical condition, and a cycling helmet. Optional, but strongly recommended: Food and water, trailside tool kit, bug spray, sunscreen, etc.

Location
Level 1-2 and 2-3 in West Bragg Creek: Focused on the basics - body position, bike handling and cornering. Designed to build confidence with new riders. Sessions will be on green or blue trails.
Level 3-4 at Prospector (Exshaw): Introduction to riding new and varied terrain. Prospector has many different line choices and options to challenge riders. Day 1 will be an introduction to riding technical terrain and the skills required. Day 2 will give the opportunity to challenge riders on familiar terrain and grow confidence on blue/black trails.
Meeting locations will be sent out along with additional information before your course begins.

Pricing + Dates
Each 2 night session is $230 + GST.
2025 Dates:
- Level 1/2 - June 7+8 - 9am-12pm
- Level 2/3 - June 7+8 - 1pm-4pm
- Level 2/3 - June 14+15 - 9am-12pm
- Level 2/3 - June 14+15 - 1pm -4pm
- June 3/4 - June 21+22 - 9am-12pm
