Weekend Skills Sessions

About
Our weekend courses are a mix of skill development and saddle time on the trail to apply what you learn. The Spin Sisters program consists of 2 sessions that are 4 hours long on May 30th and 31st.
With guidance and supervision from our coaches, you will leave with confidence and tools to continue developing as a mountain biker! We are offering programs for 3 different skill levels, so make sure you choose the one that suits you best, visit the Rider Level Guide for more information.

Sessions

Level 1
This is for riders who are new to mountain biking. We will introduce and develop the skills you need to progress confidently as a mountain biker.
Location: West Bragg Creek

Level 2
This group is tailored to riders who have some experience on the bike and are looking to be more comfortable and confident on intermediate trails. Basic skills will be reviewed, we'll correct any bad habits, and then we will build on those basic skills.

Level 3
This group will cater to riders who are capable on intermediate terrain and looking to progress with their technical riding. Riders will require good fundamental mountain bike handling skills. Our coaches will help take you to the next level. This group will be exploring some of the intermediate technical terrain that is found at Moose Mountain.
Location: Moose Mountain Road 2km parking lot.
Location
Level 1 and 2 - West Bragg Creek. We will meet at the information kiosk on the west side of the parking lot.
Level 3 - Moose Mountain.
- Day 1 meeting location will be at the 2km parking lot on Moose Mountain Road.
- Day 2 location will be determined by the coach and communicated at the end of Day 1.
All groups will ride from 10am to 2pm on the Saturday and Sunday.
Please arrive a few minutes early. We will take a few breaks so bring snacks!
