Dates, Time and Location:

  • This course was designed to prepare racers for upcoming events like the Canmore Enduro, Mooseduro, or late season CNES events. It is about developing your bike skills and teaching you the tools to prepare both mentally and physically. We want you to enter your first race confidently, or improve your results on your next race.

  • This is a 2 day course. Each day is 5 hours long. Your days are broken up into an hour of "classroom" time and 4 hours of riding time.
    • Classroom Time: We are going to cover racing foundations like what a race day looks like, strategies, pacing, bike/gear set up, fitness training, hydration, pre-race and in-race nutrition and some emergency mechanic skills to keep you racing if you run into an issue.
    • Riding Time: You will be riding 2 trails in the Moose + Prairie Mountain networks each day. We will be working with you on skills such as advanced cornering, line selection, managing terrain, jumping and scrubbing. We will be pedaling up the trails to get you in the enduro mood!

Here is what you will take away from the program:

  • Confidence! You will not be walking into a race unprepared.
  • Bike handling skills and techniques focused on speed and consistency.
  • New training tools that will help you progress as a racer in the future.

Skill Level:

  • This program has been designed around an intermediate to advanced rider. The minimum skill level required is a Level 3 on our Rider Level Guide.
  • Each day you will be riding approximately 15km with 1000m of elevation.

    • The Adult Performance Program is 325$ + GST for each participant.
